Good Early Monday Morning! But we WILL be here all week, hopping hoping to inspire you for Valentine's Day. Join fans of Treasure Box Designs as we use their fabulous paper piecing patterns (or cut files) to help you get ready for Valentine's Days. We are using patterns that can be purchased at TBD's online store. If you like what you see along the hop today, TBDs also invites you to stop at their Facebook fan page and click like.

If you arrived from Mrs. Amanda's Blog then you are in the right place. If you are just here visiting and want to start from the top click HERE to go to Treasure Box Designs and the beginning of this Hop, or take a peek at the line up below.

TBDs patterns are fabulous! You get a great deal when you purchase one of TBDs files. For me, the best aspect of their files is that they are so versatile. Their is plenty of room to play with the designs. You can adapt the designs to your needs. Some designs have several pieces that you can pull apart to use what you need.

For example, I made this card using just one of the pups from the "Puppy Love" pattern (originally with 4 stacked dogs). I was able to create a digital stamp on the heart the pup is holding. I think the sentiment fits perfectly! I purposely made these cards with boys (or even men) in mind. Isn't the background paper cute? And Bonus! I included my favorite card making supply-->> FIBER! (that's the decor on the side of the card). Both of these cards are available in my online Cafe. Want a more feminine puppy? One with a bow in her "hair" and a frilly background? Let me know . . .

Can You Resist?!

I'll Be Your Valentine

Naughty boys have priorities too! (I have 2 myself--see blog candy!) The second card I made is also for a little boy. I started with TBDs pattern which had the boy holding and peaking over the heart-shaped box of chocolates. Thought I would play with it a little. I added the legs and feet, and bent his arm to hold the chocolate. I think the original file was a freebie, as I cannot find it on the site. Note the smeared chocolate on his face, hands, shirt! Isn't he cute?! The heart in the upper right is a digital stamp that I created myself. This card is also available in my online Cafe.

Caught . . . Uh-Oh!!

Oh Yummy!

Blog Valentine Candy
Yup! What's Valentine's Day without some sweets?! My 6 yr old son suggested giving away my 4 yr old son. He is sweet, but I need him!! For this hop's blog candy I will be drawing one name to win this Swarovski Topaz Color Crystals Vintage Style Earrings in Antique Brass hand made by Crystal Glow Design. I have purchased from Hana in the past. Her work is exquisite! These earrings are valued at over $18. I just think it would be nice for someone to dress themselves up (instead of their crafts). To be eligible for the drawing, become a follower of my blog and leave a comment below. Be sure I can get a hold of you somehow. As of now I can only ship to the continental US. (Sorry)
