I finally found a little time to craft and was blessed with a bit of creativity to match. Most of today's cards use a digital stamp with an image and/or sentiment. I use Adobe Illustrator to manipulate the files. It is an easy program with which to create. (I have even created some sentiments myself.) I hand colored the images with colored pencils. (Remember, I do very little coloring of digis.)
These first cards use a digi stamp created by the lovely Melinda Beltran. The original flower digi comes with the sentiment "Wonderful Beautiful You." In some cases I replaced the sentiment.
For this card I replaced the sentiment with one created by Regina Easter at The Cutting Cafe. Isn't it cute?
And here I totally cut out the whole flower.
The next couple cards have sentiments created by Donna Ellis for Fred She Said. Visit Donna's blog to see how she used her own sentiments. However, the sentiments are available at the Fred She Said site.
This happy birthday card uses a sentiment created by Hannelie at Desert Diva. I love how this card turned out. It is so happy!!
Regina created the sympathy sentiment and the "birthday treats" for the next two cards. My last card does not have a sentiment.
