If you noticed, over at made with love (and paper) we took the summer off. Now we are trying to get a artistic selves back to crafting and posting. Can you believe that this October marks our 27th project?! Wow! Do join us.
For October our theme is a choice of Halloween or Wacky (or choose one or use both). We are required to use as many colors as you want but be sure to include purple, green, orange, and black.
I recently joined a facebook online craft group called The Craft Hole. Most times they play and sometimes they swap. Whether you choose to swap, you are welcome to play along on any project as a challenge. You can join us. I am combining my Love project with a challenge from that group.
Have you ever heard of a Tussie Mussie? I had not. Traditionally a TM is a very small bouquet of flowers that is worn as a brooch. It is kind of like a nosegay. It can also be larger in able to carry in the hand. In the picture below the person on your right is holding a tussie mussie. The craft group challenge is to make one out of paper or a toilet paper roll.
While some can get pretty fancy, I made mine with paper. I up-cycled and advertisement I received in the mail. The ad is gorgeous. I could not throw it out. I think it was craftiness destiny! (This company has amazing ads!) I had everything else on stock. That is always a bonus!
When I think about it, I guess you could say that I have made these before. For Christmas and Valentines. I just didn't know I was making a tussie mussie!
You can use your tussie mussie for flowers, candy or little gifts. I present to you made with love (and paper) meets craft challenge meets Halloween! I do hope you like it and would appreciate your comments below.

I can't say that I've heard of a tussie mussie, but it looks pretty neat. It also looks like something you could carry around for trick or treating!
